Well it was 73% usage. I am glad to finally have it resolved.

I did what he suggested and all of a sudden the BB app was listed as running all the time where it wasnt before. The only thing I had before was that service running. Then my batter dropped like no tomorrow. So I uninstalled the update.

This is now an issue again today just now with my phone. I am very frustrated. Tuesday afternoon

You never offered a solution to the problem. You stated it had been discussed earlier when the phone was released. Not everyone got the phone upon release. This is suppose to be a site to help people. I sold wireless but never had this issue on BB and never had this happen on my Incredible. So I was inquiring and you just decided to make a comment and not even be helpful.

Not a big deal, I was just confused. I definitely didn't mean anything by my last post, just that it is truly strange that this issue has come up again, it seemed like it was resolved so I thought maybe it was taken the wrong way.
