What is Smart Stay ?

My tablet just updated and there's this new Smart Stay thing that I don't know what it is or what it does. Should I turn it on ?

Welcome to the forums!
It's a feature pulled from the S3. A sensor tracks if you are looking at the device. If you are it disables the screen timeout.

Yeah, it's a cool feature for battery saving, but if it is on in low light, it doesn't recognize your face and dims.
