Most keyboards will let you change the layout to Dvorak. Just check in your keyboard settings - language. For example, these are the options with SwiftKey.

Here's the Keyboard I Use

I use Hacker's Keyboard. It's automatically a full 5-row computer keyboard when it's in landscape. It even has function keys!
