What is the best site for technical advice?

I've been to XDA Developers but the site seems very slow for me.

What kind of "technical advice" are you seeking? Without knowing that, we can't guide your search. For all I know, a site like the Macrumors forums would be what you're looking for.

Macrumors now deals with Android stuff? That's odd

By technical advice, I mean anything from deleting bloatware to custom roms etc.

I always use XDA for that, but I suppose there may be others. I'll ask the other team members.

Well, people post questions here about iOS devices, and that site DOES have a section for devices alternative to iOS device.

As for the content you're looking for, some of that can be found in device-specific sections here. If the device is popular enough, there's a decent amount of traffic related to that.
