What is the best smartphone I can buy for $200?

I am on AT&T prepaid, and would need a phone that works with that. AT&T locked or unlocked doesn't matter to me. LTE doesn't matter as I don't have a data plan. I'd prefer a larger phone (4.5 inches and up)... I don't mind buying used/refurbished, and would probably be able to get a better phone by doing so. I am thinking a new Moto G or a refurbished Nexus 4, but haven't been very up-to-date on Android devices and might be overlooking something better.

I really appreciate any consideration given.

The moto g would be a great choice. Its a newer phone and is quite inexpensive. If you want a phone sub $100, you should check out the moto e as well. In my opinion, all of Motorola's products are great.

The nexus 4 will work, but it may be slightly out of date in terms of hardware.
