That would depend on your particular needs..
I use mine for the phone (of course) as well as photography so needless to say the Samsung Galaxy S5 is the clear winner. Your milage may vary so this may not be what's best for you..
Go to the store and play with various models and see which works best for you..

You really need to give us more details about what is important to you. There are so many great phones out there, but each has its strengths and weaknesses. What one person might consider an amazing phone might have one flaw that another person finds to be a dealbreaker (but which doesn't bother the first person at all).

However with that said my favourite device and also the one I am using right now is the Nexus 5.

It's an all round great device, with the only downside being the battery life.
