what is the fastest way to call 911 from your galaxy s9?

in case of emergency like y'know.. kidnapping or sex trafficking or whatever, what would be the fastest way to call 911? I used to have an iPhone where I only had to hit the home button an x amount of times & i may regret the changing of phone carriers if it's not that simple.

Press the bixby button, "call 911"

Hold the home key, "call 911"

Press the mic on the search widget, "call 911"

From the lock screen, press the phone button, select 911.


All of those should be faster than hitting the home button over and over.

On Samsung phones you can Activate an SOS shortcut to send texts, picture, and/or audio recording to set contacts by pressing the power button thrice.

I use a widget. Put 911 in your contacts. Then choose Contacts widget, and select the Direct dial widget. Drag it to your homescreen. If you tap that icon, the phone will dial 911, no talking.
