I JUST got the Samsung Infuse 4g today in the mail. I purchased it completely brand new off of eBay. I transferred my card, it works perfectly? except I realized I couldnt connect to my browser while off of a wifi network.

I called AT&T and found out my plan doesn't support 4G phones (I have an Alltel plan and am grandfathered in for another year). I am SO in love with this freaking phone. SO. What is the next best thing?

If you're anything like me (and i pray that u are not : ) i just spent the past month trying out approx 5 diff phones and i wound up back on this....(Bionic, Amaze, all 3 carriers SGS II)

To me it offers the best experience on the most reliable network.... its got so much snap and pop, you'd think it was a bowl of rice krispies...lol

What's the price difference if you step up to a plan that supports 4G? This phone is such a great experience, you'll rarely put it down....say the increase is 30 bucks a month, this phone is worth an extra dollar a day.... just sayin'... lol

The only thing is I have a cancellation fee on my contract…. Also, my husband has a Blackberry Torch and Im pretty sure ATT only has data plans for either 4G or 3G. Not both. At least that's what I'm seeing on their website is "for 4G smartphones only"on half the data plans.

Captivate is a great 3G phone available on AT&T. until you either just upgrade your line to 4G, you're not going to be able to use the Infuse.
