what is the problem on my phone the screen or LCD?

so after i charged my phone i dropped it for about 2.5 ft or something.. the phone is still working but the screen is not.. also there's a little opened part on the edge of my screen.. so do you think there is the problem on my screen or LCD or just need to fix the opened part?
