What is the W Game on the Note 5

When I click on it the game continues to say my app is downloading but I can never open it. It has been like that since I bought my phone as has been my husband's phone.

W Game? Is that Words with Friends maybe? Sounds like the logo for that.

No that one has a yellow Icon. This one has a blue icon. It almost resembles a batman look to it.

A screenshot would really help hehe. If you can't upload the picture, take a screenshot and run the icon image through Google Goggles. It should find a match if it's a popular app. I don't really remember any game with a W being pre-installed on my phone...

It's probably not working because Android phones are preset to not allow apps not purchased in the play store to be able to install. You would have to go to Settings, then "Lock screen and Security"

Yup, that's the logo for WildTangent Games. It's an online game 'store', so that must be their storefront app. HOWEVER, like acles003 says, that's not an app that comes from Google Play, so probably your phone is blocking the installation. If it does, then you'd have to switch on the 'Unkown sources' option in the screen they posted.

If you don't want it, you should also be able to just delete it from your phone.

I have an AT&T Note 4 for work and it had that pre-installed. Are you on AT&T?

Yep, that's WildTangent Games, one piece of bloat you probably want to either disable or uninstall from your device.

Aha! So that's an AT&T thing. T-Mobile version didn't have that.
