what is this and how do I get rid of it?!

A few days ago, this popped up out of nowhere and hasn't gone away since. I've stopped the service, which says it's AT&T message backup & sync but this still pops up and won't go away. I haven't changed anything over the last few days for this to start happening. The service itself only started working out of nowhere just a few days ago. I'm at a loss. Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Try a restart? Might be something stuck that a restart may clear.

Hello try press and hold long on that notification then apears options if not mistaken... There you can hide them or maybe block and do that you never see them again

so, weird thing, I did try a restart a few time after I stopped the service and tried to turn off notifications for it, when this first started happening, and it was still there. I tried another reboot yesterday, and it has since disappeared. thanks for the input!
