What is this Epdg mms/xcap?

[Android Central Question]

I also have this EPDG MMS xcap in my APNs. Seems like everybody is dancing around the question I get to secret or something. Myself my phone seems to be hacked ever since I noticed this thing in my APNs. So how about the truth is this a Samsung or something hacking my phone or not?
