Hi, I have had that problem in the recent past. The "gapps" stands for "google apps" but I am not sure which one or how many. You can try clearing your cache on all Google apps,and I would start with playstore,and Google play services apps first. Then if it keeps happening,try the rest. If you have a memory problem,your os could be stopping some app. Clearing cache on all apps will definitely free up some memory. And could solve this notice popping up periodically. If you have a dialog box to report this issue,then do so. Let me know if this helps,and if not,I will suggest other things. To clear caches of apps,open settings,apps,all,find app,tap to see options,tap "clear cache" then return,and do same for next app,etc.
