What is this icon? (and how do I make it go away)

I think I pinned a note or something that I scribbled with the pen, but I have no idea how to get this icon to go away. Anybody have any ideas?

Looks like for SD card... I believe it will go away when you swip away the notification

It's a screen note. Double tap the icon and you can delete it
