Do you have a custom theme by chance? Just based on the lines on the outside I would guess it's your phone being in vibrate only mode.

Just so you know, there are many apps that use a heart shape as their notification icon. Google Fit is a common one, and I also have a health app called Eureka that has a heart icon. Not all heart icons are associated with dating apps.
