What is this thing on my screen?

This widget thing has popped up on my screen and it's really annoying. I have a Samsung galaxy note 20 ultra and I enabled bubbles in my messaging. Then I noticed this gray "arc" on the left side of my screen. I can move it around but I can't disable it. And if I click it, it will darken the screen and just show the navigation panel. I've disabled bubbles but this thing is still there Please help me disable it.

This only in web browser or happens on home screen also?

It's on everything, and it gets in the way. I can't click on whatever is behind it. I have attached screenshots on what happens if I click it or if I move it around. When I move it, it just slides up and down oneft side of screen.

Looks like one handed mode or Good lock module

It's not one handed mode and I don't have good lock mode installed.

It's definitely 3rd party app you downloaded, put the device in safe mode see if it disappear?

If I restart the phone, it goes away til I start a game. For instance right now it is not showing on this screen. It will eventually pop up tho. I tried safe mode but I can't play a game in safe mode so don't know if it is still there. I don't remember it being there til I enabled bubbles on Google message app.
