Recently my note charged slower and slower and then it didn't charge at all. It said it charged but it didn't. When I turn my device on again it says 1% left. When I turn my device off and charge it, it discharges, from 6% to 3%. When I don't use it at all it also discharges. I have tried different cables and adapters but nothing worked. My tablet is a sm-p601 edition and it is only 6/7 months old so I think it cant be the battery. I have 360 security and Kaspersky Internet security but they don't seem to help at all. I cleaned the micro USB port but nothing. I have this problem that it doesn't work at all since today and would like to know what to do.
PS: I cant access my device at all because now it doesn't even go on while connected to charger. I recently downloaded a program called FHx-Clash of Clans private server, and 360 told me it had a Trojan malware virus but I ignored it a day and then I uninstalled the application.
