What is wrong with my Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo?

Hey everyone! So I have got a Samsung Galaxy S3 Neo which is about 2 years old. Recently I had a problem with charging but I bought a new charger and everythign seemed fine. Then it happened again. No matter what charger I use, It shows that is charging (it has the lightning at the top of the screen) but doesn't actually charge. More like, It drains as If it wasn't even plugged in. Thankfully sometimes the charging works, but then after 5 minutes it gets from 100% to 80%. For example I played a game today when the battery was at 45% but when I exited the game (after 15 minutes) the battery was at 19%. What should I do?

You need to buy a new battery. Batteries degrade over time and if this is the original battery and you have never replaced it, then it probably just can't hold a charge.
