What is wrong with my Samsung note 9 screen

I have a samsung note 9 the screen is cracked but it was still working fine for like 2 or 3 months but 1 day i was using it and the screen flickered with this yellowish greenish color now when you hit the power button the screen slowly lights up this color i can still answer calls and even turn on the flashligh but i cant see anything except that color

You need a new screen.

You need a screen. These are not lcd devices. They are AMOLED. Ubreakifix has a contract with Samsung if there is one near you.

That's definitely the sign of the LCD layer being broken (the color is the color of the liquid - it's the Liquid Crystal Display), The liquid is leaking out of the broken tubes in the layer.

As everyone said, you need a new screen.
