Ordered a 32gb on 4/5 and still showing pending shipment. Hopefully it will have shipped when I wake up tomorrow morning.

Same boat as you, been calling and live chatting with customer service all day just in case. I can't even check my order's status online. I'm scared but they already charged me so fingers crossed.

From what a rep told me when you preorder they just check the account to make sure the funds are there and the cost is refunded for the time, so you dont have a couple hundred bucks pending for a week or 2. But once it ships out is when the charge is supposed to hit your account. Although mine has shipped and it still has not charged my card.
Im going to contact a rep and ill get back.

Update:
Online chat lady said since it shipped on 4/15 the charges will hit my account within 24 hours. So expect the charges to hit your bank within 24 hours of shipping.

I don't think so. Did mine over the phone. Had the initial hold charge that has dropped off now but that usually happens in my experience. Guess i will just wait and see

Mine said pending shipment not too long after the order was placed then went to saying Back Ordered as of this morning. After chatting with an AT&T rep on the site, they said estimated shipping time was still 4/16-4/18, so the 'pending shipment' might not mean a whole lot, unfortunately.

Got my email this morning at 6amPST. Says it was shipped yesterday and it should arrive tomorrow via FED EX!!! I was freaking about no email or update on ATT.com but seems the system is lagging behind. The wait is almost over.....
