What is your AT&T order status?

AT&T will ship whenever they get stock. So if they get stock this Friday it chances they will ship it out.. But they said the 16th... Soooo

I have been charged $299.99 for the 32GB HTC One upgrade web order with ATT Sat. April 6. The media adapter was to be applied at the end of the process. It was not. I called ATT and they say the media adapters were all sold out and therefore the promotion would not be honored. ATT and HTC have some explaining to do. How can you have a promotion ending April 18 and all the promotion items are gone in 24 hours? Hello, is this the AG's office?

Since when? I have never had at&t ship early just cause they had stock. Would be nice though

My MediaLink isnt showing up with my phone order but i did get a order confirmation for it, but when i go check the status with the order # nothing shows up...

I had the same thing and had to go back to the store for them to add the medialink for free. It will be seperate from the main order but at least you will get it free.

Maybe try a different computer or browser. That happened to me a few times but retrying it solved the issue.
Check and see if the media link is on your receipt. If not call/go to an att store.

Its on my reciept, i had gotten two emails from AT&T confirming the order of the phone and sim on one and the MediaLink on the other...

Tried that a hundred times and all I ever get is error message stating the order # couldn't be found and if its a new order within the 24 hours to try again at a later time...

Did you order online or at the store? if i was you i would either go to the store where you ordered it and they should be able to look up your order if not just call AT&T and give them your
order number. I think as long as you have the receipt that says HTCX accessory you should get it but i would still find out whats wrong since mine does say processing.

I just told them it said online that if you preorder the one you get a free media link with it. Plus, most reps didn't know about the deal and forgot to add it to peoples order so when you go back and say they forgot something they really want to make up for it anyway.
If you didn't get yours on your order, just go to a store and tell them what's up.

Yeah, thats what I told them and if you go online it never says its an online promotion only so they should honor the medialink. When i let the rep know about the promotion she apologized for not including it in the order and went ahead and ordered it for me for free.

I ordered in-store a few days ago. They added the media link for me because I asked about it. It probably wouldn't have happened otherwise. It doesn't say it's online only.
