Gboard does offer predictive text and auto correction. You need to go into the settings and turn it on

I became a bit disappointed in Gboard's predictive text and auto correction. For me, Samsung's is way better. But I do like how Gboard looks.

I feel like Samsung's keyboard fails to understand what I'm trying to type more often than other keyboards. It's definitely superior to previous versions for sure.

I have noticed the same. Maybe it's to how often we use it? I dislike it a little less but I'm still typing slower.

I feel like I'm in day one of typing in High School all over again with that Samsung keyboard. It's so slow and words I've not spelt out completely in years I'm having to be a neanderthal and remember how to actually rely on my brain to spell it out like a ESPN spelling bee.

I like to keep things different.

Stocking with Samsung keyboard and SwiftKey on my iPhone, as if I have a choice. LOL Stock blows.

If Fleksy would ever improve their spell checking and predictions I would be all over it. But the spelling and predictions suck. Too bad because I love it otherwise. I get tired of terrible or no corrections so I end up back at swift key. I need larger type with my eyes. I do switch to Gboard from time to time but I find SwiftKey a bit better. Gboard is gaming fast but I need slightly bigger text.
