What launcher are you guys using?

Was using ADW EX on my TBolt and will probably switch to that when I get some time to tweak.

I'm using stock and will probably stay with it. Right now I'm not seeing any great advantages to putting a launcher on ICS.

Don't have my phone, yet, but I'm planning to stay on stock for at least a little while. Not sure, though, because I've become VERY accustomed to Go Launcher, on my Thunderbolt. I'm guessing the answer is no, but by any chance, does the stock launcher on the Nexus allow you to change icons for apps? That's the one thing that'd probably make me start using another launcher, because I like making "themes" for my phone, which includes the app icons.

Since I have the paid version of ADW I be using that....works pretty good.

Sticking with stock for now and will probably play around ADW Pro to see how it runs since I do have the Pro version.

Stock. It's incredible as is. Scrolling widgets, folders in the dock... all it needs is an easier way to page between home screens. (I'm sure ADW EX will do something there.)

Launcher Pro
I use HomeSmack to switch back and forth. It will also switch browsers for you. Easy to set defaults.

so far Stock ICS is very good and I haven't needed a launcher program... I may use WAVE for fun eventually but so far stock it is.

I'm sticking with stock for the time being. It's a nice launcher and want to stay "pure android" for now. I'm a big fan of Go Launcher and may use that at some point.

Guys should check out nova launcher. Like stock....but better!

Nova launcher IS the stock launcher but just without the search bar and with many more options (Increase grid size, scrolling dock, resizing widgets beyond what they're made for, etc.

ADW EX! Love it. No settings for stock launcher customization. There just wasn't enough room.

I want to get to know this version of Android before I start changing things up, so I'm staying stock. I really like how the new launcher and new widgets are making me rethink how I organize my home screens. My previous setup had gotten pretty stale.
