What notification icon is this? Is it a dating site?

I received a screenshot from my bf with this icon on it .. Its a dotted circle shape with a smaller half circle in it and the smaller half circle has an arrow at the end of it. Does anyone know what notification icon this is? Thank you.

I don't get why a dotted circle with a smaller half circle with an arrow in it would mean it's a dating site.

If something as innocuous as this triggers suspicion, then there are greater issues going on, and maybe you need to ask yourself if this relationship is right for you.
