Max resolution 16MP that's why I bought a Note 4 and not a Galaxy S3 for example, because I want the highest resolution pictures.

I use an app called A Better Camera and on DRO mode the file sizes are 11MB+
If you're not going to do anything beyond posting on social media or even a few 4x6 prints without any editing lowering the mp is fine. Anything over 3mp is overkill for 4x6 prints if you don't need to do any editing. I want a good file size on cropped images is why I stick with what I use.

Full sized 16MP for best quality and for cropping & editing if needed. I have a 128GB microSD card installed so memory is not an issue.

Full size. Always. I have plenty of memory, and I can always easily scale a photo smaller for sharing, saving, whatevs.

I have all my photos uploading automatically to G+ over WiFi at full quality, so every photo I take is available at its original quality within a couple of minutes of connecting to WiFi.

Full size/resolution for me as well! Love the pictures I get from the Note 4. Every so often I push all my photos to my desktop computer with Kies, or upload to Google Drive.

Mine back up to Copy or Box. I got Copy when they were offering extra 5GB additions for every referral. I've got 65 GB with them. I signed up for Box when they were offering 50GB lifetime storage. I've also got 58GB on Dropbox and unlimited on Amazon Cloud (Prime member) so I've got plenty of cloud storage if I run out of phone/card storage, external hd storage on the desktop, and flash drive storage
