Android Central Question

I get this blue pop up with a battery on and charging status when i plug my phone into the charger and when i disconnect it, theres no indication what so ever about where the pop-up window has come from, its very annoying and i want rid.
Ive tried number of different apps to scan for virus etc....
Ive also deleted some recent apps that i installed before this started and its still here ☹ please help

Check your apps that you download , maybe one of them is putting a Ad on your screen?

I think this is not good. Should not have clicked on a strange link. Personally, if I mistakenly did that, I would do a factory reset without a restore.
Good luck
