What resolution is everybody using?

BTW samsung has their portable chargers/battery pack on sale for 15$ if anyone is interested. I had to pick a pink one up for my 11 yr old daughter..she runs her s9+ down dead before noon

I know I bought two not too long ago and it took me a month to get them they were in such high demand cuz of the price and I had $6 in reward points. and all they had was the pink they didn't have silver cuz I was going to get one for my husband but I just got to pink ones and they work good.

Yes we keep ours it to the max on the phones we have now and we plan on doing the same when I get the new phone. We always have chargers around. And after my 7 Edge maybe some on the Note 8but never on the 9 plus I don't ever have to charge my phone at work anymore like I did on the 7 Edge so I expect the 10 plus to be even better I've been at work 7 hours and I still got 39%. If I don't have a good signal somewhere in my battery does drain quicker. Like last night I went from 80 to 50 at the concert venue because I just don't have a good signal with Sprint and I couldn't get on there Wi-Fi.

I literally just turned on the max resolution before reading this thread and there's a dramatic difference in screen quality. Nice to know there's minimal battery hit.

I tried the maximum resolution but it made the text in Facebook far too small so I changed it back to the default setting. Didn't do that on my S9+.

Nice. Too bad cant buy online or any place around me that have it (according to the find location).

Why don't you try increasing the font size instead?

Increasing the font size increases it for everything else too. The size of everything else is ok like LinkedIn and Twitter. Just seems to really reduce text size in Facebook. And I couldn't find any option in Facebook to increase the font size just in that app. How strange.

My eyes must be going bad as I don't see any notable difference between FHD and QHD...so I just run FHD in the event that it helps the battery last longer.

I concur with the text on Facebook (didn't try any other websites). I use Firefox instead of the facebook app. Smaller text = eye strain. I think I'll keep it at default. BTW, why does the phone default to FHD instead of QHD if QHD is ultimately better? If you say, watch the majority of your videos at 1080p then what good does QHD do anyway? The icons look a little crisper in QHD but not so much to make me want to have to sacrifice smaller text that will strain my eyes anyway.

Yes,I was squinting when looking at the text in Facebook at the highest resolution. And I do use facebook quite a lot so no QHD for me.

Why not use WQHD+ and adjust these settings to your liking?
