After using Nexus 7 Toolkit to unlock bootloader everything seems OK except I have a vertical and Horizontal line at the point of touch and also a blue trail. I think somethings been turned on but cannot find a way to get rid.

Thanks for your quick response its obvious now. the Developer option was not visible, Thanks again
