What to do when evo needs to be serviced

Part of my evo's touchscreen is non-responsive (the area where the notification bar is). I want to take it to a sprint store but am currently rooted and running cm7. What do I need to do so that they will help me out and not refuse me service?

Uhm, I'm pretty sure they say rooting voids your warranty. They'll probably service it but it won't be under warranty, so you'll have to pay.

1. I am a Sprint Tech. Yes, Lokifish DOES work for Sprint, that's why the Evo Desktop and other projects have stalled for now. 6 days a week leaves now time for them
2. I unroot 5-10 phones a week
3. Sprint Policy On rooted phones
4. Rooted devices are treated the same as non rooted devices as far as charges to the customer ans cannot be flagged as DBR just because it's rooted.
