What to do when message reads "Unfortunately Email has stopped"

I have a galaxy s2 and after the completion of several updates I now cant use my Email. It just goes to a blank screen and then the message .."Unfortunately Email has stopped". There is also an OK box below the message.
I went into Settings and tried to delete the email account and start again but it won't let me.

Hi, welcome to the forums! Which options do you have in the settings for that app? Can you disable it or force stop?

When I want to 'Block the sender' or 'Block the domain' I get this message. How can I rectify this problem on my SAMSUNG KZoom ?
