What video format does the EVO produce?

Anyone know what video format the EVO produces? I edit my movies in Windows Live Movie Maker and would like to do the same with the EVO videos.

I'd also like to save some in Quicktime format so that I can put them on my Kodak PlaySport video camera which has both HDMI and Composite outputs. I need to do this since the EVO doesn't have composite output that we know of.
