Got my girl yesterday the fascinate and the only good thing it has is the screen.. Everything else sucks you can't compare htc sense to the samsung. The phone lags like crazy also the 4 button don't stay on (samsung bug) I'm returning the phone asap and getting her an incredible

I had one as well-sent it back the next day and ordered an Incredible. The screen looks great-but as you said there is a noticable lag, and the buttons turning off after 5 seconds was a huge pain. Sense is much better-just my $.02.

Yeah I was reading about issues with that phone specifically the GPS issue.

If you go in display settings you can choice the change the buttons time out make them stay on same as screen and many more options. Before complaining try at least the settings on the phone. I know it isn't the best move from samsung to make you choice the time out for the buttons but you can at least.

I have a client on AT&T who wants android and bought a Back Flip. Hates it and is going for a Captivate. I'm not sure if she's going to like it any better from what I've been reading. It’s too bad. The series had a lot of potential.
