What Was That About Android 5.1.x By The End Of June?

Sprint released the update yesterday. Looks like Verizon is taking its time with the update. T-mobile also released the update.

A lot of S6 users are now on 5.1.1 but of course not all. It's just the Android way.

Funny, not long after I posted this I got a system update. I thought it might be to 5.1.x but it turned out to only be to 5.0.2. Anyone know what this does? Can't really see any difference so far.

Sprint made it before the end of June. Some carriers are notorious for holding updates back. Sprint has surprised me consistently over the years.

Oh and I did the update on the Sprint network because unlimited means unlimited.

Should there be smoke coming out of my cpu?

Just got my S6E today, brand new, unlocked, non-carrier, International version (G925F) and it updated immediately, right out of the box, as part of the initial setup, without any SIM card installed, just over wifi. I'm on AT&T, however I had not installed a SIM yet.

I'm jealous. Im stuck with an att version and it seems we're always the last to get the updates.
