Ok... I know that this is the foolish question to ask... But my point is that when Lollipop 5.0.2 update came to my device , it's size was around 300MB (can't remember accurately).
Again lollipop 5.1 is yet to be released OTA which is gonna be around 200MB.
I guess I made a mistake in the first place by installing 5.0.2 update because as you guys know that in the budget smartphones like Moto E internal storage is a huge factor.

Do I have any other alternative (except rooting) ?
