I recently opened up my HTC One M7 phone because it wont stop vibrating continuously. I saw forums regarding my problem and they all said to plug and unplug my phone's vibration motor and the first time i did that, when i opened my phone again after plugging and unplugging the motor it repeated vibrating continuously again and so i decided to just remove the motor. I'm worried if my phone will be damage if I permanently remove the motor.
please help me.

Hmmm! Sounds like there may be a short in the switching circuit some place.
Leaving the motor unplugged is an option?

Well yes . Right now my phone doesn't have a motor plugged on it. I removed it. Didn't plug it back again because it still vibrates continuously. I'm just wondering if that's bad or if my phone will be damage if I removed the motor permanently.

Well, if it works fine unplugged, why bother removing it and risk damaging some other component?
