What will it take to get you interested in a Pixel 4/4XL?

The Mint Green was leaked last year as well but never happened. I was really hoping to see it make the cut this year. If not I will be going for Coral for sure. I've had every Pixel so far in the XL form factor and don't plan on stopping now.

You are obviously a wise and wonderful person.

Between the awesome camera leaks earlier this weekend and the coral and the 5.7" display, I may actually break my rule and get another Pixel. My only concern is the 2800 mAh. But Pixels are very intuitive with their battery expenditures.

You too are obviously a wise and wonderful person - didn't you post pics from minor league ball parks you visited? - a newer Pixel would add to your ballpark experience. - trust me.

You are so nice - thank you! Yes, I absolutely did! Ever since getting a phone with a spectacular camera, I've grown more and more reliant on it. A Pixel camera is phenomenal and I am hesitant to get a camera from another manufacturer now. Crazy!

Are the sides black? Looks interesting...

Even earlier, in the Twitter video of the white one, when the person flipped the phone over, the sides appeared black.

I think the device framing will indeed be black on all models. Look at this leaked ad. You can see the black framing on the white model very clearly:

I wonder what the decision behind this is.

Who knows - i kinda like it - once you put a case on the sides are covered.

Weren't the fronts on the P2 and P3 all the same color?

I'd rather it not be framed like that - the black kind of breaks it up from the rest of the phone - but it still looks very nice!

It does look nice - breaking up the base color may be the reason they did it - some will like - some will not like - most will case the phone eliminating the issue all together - "back in the day" 2 tone was where it was at

This is true. It will still look nice, and you are right about the case covering up the phone's borders as it is.

Personally I’d much rather they keep the frame the same colour as the rest of the device but stay with the dual-tone rear panel. It’s a shame that the latter is being gotten rid of.
