What would cause my apps to just stopand disappear?

I have unlimited data but it runs slow. My apps have just recently stared acting up they will become either very slow and glitchy or just go away all of a sudden. And my memory is is almost gone but i do not have to much downloaded on my phone. Can someone tell me how i can dix this plz.

You need to clear your Cached Data. I'm not sure which phone you have but with most you just go into settings, storage, and look for the Cache Data part or something that looks similar and clear it. It won't affect anything stored on your phone but it will free up a lot of that storage you're missing and make your phone run a lot better

Apps "crashing" (stopping) is pretty common when your device is low on storage/memory. Can I ask what brand/model your device is, what carrier/plan you use, how much memory/storage you have? I may be able to help you out a lot more once we know that.

One thing for you to try that may help: Go to Settings, Storage, and find Cached Data. This is temporary data that apps connecting to the Internet store on your device for faster retrieval next time you use it. Problem is, it builds up over time and eats up space. So, if you tap on Cached Data, it will ask you if you want to clear Cached Data for all apps. Choose yes, this may help out a lot.
