What would you like in a ROM? Possible ROM(CM9/10)

Hey, not sure if you have seen this before but ive used it and it does exactly what your looking for. We just need someone with more knowledge to do it.
Search XDA for the aroma installer. Its a GUI based installer that let's the end user install what features they want. I used it on my wife evo an it was super cool.
It let me chose kernels, apps, etc...
If you get this working on our phone, I'm thinking it could change a lot.
Think about it...say like quatt, it could be one install pkg that you could chose cm9 or aokp. A bare bone rom, or fully loaded. Regular apps or inverted.
The thread OP is very detailed with instructions, but I just don't know how to do it. Hope this helps.

What features do you like in a ROM thats built-in?
Sound tweaks such as dsp, beats, and xloud, and as many features as possible.

Do you like it minimal? Or fully loaded?
As fully loaded as possible without filling up the system partition on the phone xD

Do you like a lot of customization options?
Yes!!! The more the better.

How important is UI performance?
To me it's actually pretty important because I like a UI that runs very smoothly (because I don't like lag. It's my worst enemy)

Is it more important then Game Graphics performance?
It used to be important to me but since I got my Vita that doesn't matter anymore xD

I'm glad you decided to do this project. :)
