What you like and don't like about Verizon Lollipop?

I hope there is not already a thread of this nature.

I like the smart lock and the advanced calling.

I don't like the color of the messaging app. I might start looking for a new messaging app because that is just not a good color for me.

I did not like the way Chrome handled new tabs. I learned I could change the merge tab and app setting to stop that nonsense.

I don't like that the battery app does not say specifically how much time you have used on the battery. I don't want to see a graph and have to figure it out on my own. Just tell me. So it is back to GSM for that.

I updated to lollipop this afternoon and noticed my note 4 was lagging so I wiped the device cache and it fixed that for the most part but I then also discovered that the update ruined wifi connection speeds wifi is slower than molasses in winter now the 1 or 2 bars of 4g is faster and I have 50+mbps internet connection but the phone pulls half that according to the speed test app but yet when I go to surf the net on wifi it is useless!! and takes a long time to login to clash of clans game for example. Any idea what is going on with my note 4???? I am glad I am still within my 14 day return window so I can go swap it out if need be. Any help would be appreciated

So far i like it. I havent turned on advanced voice, i may not because it made my Droid Turbo call quality worse. Maybe it wont on this one.

I dont mind the colors, and i like being able to color folders.

Havent had a lot of texts or notifications yet so still figuring out if i like the new lock screen stuff. My weatherbug does show up on the lock screen because i have it in the notification bar.. its both or neither as far as i can tell.

The new battery stuff is alright, not picky either way..

The phone does seem a little smoother, but it didnt lag for me before.

The pop up message notification when screen is on is kinda cool.

So far no complaints, but it may take a couple days to find something wrong.

As far as the battery life, it will take a few days for the battery to settle back in after a huge update, so no comments yet on it.

Smart lock built in is nice. I used a third party option in KitKat, but built in is better.

Built Lock screen notifications are nice. You can open the app right from the screen.

It feels more peppy.

Wifi seems improved. Before I would get maybe half that much at the same location and time.

1. Make sure you're on your own network
2. Check to see if your wifi channel is to crowded. Use an app like wifi analyzer.
3. Check other devices in your house.
4. If all else fails, factory reset. It may be a pain, but if you're going to return the phone, what's the difference?

You can resize the weather widget to 1x4. I always liked the clear one, but it had to much dead space around it at 2x4.

The recent button finally works.

Google's stock messaging app is very nice, not hangouts, but "Messenger".

The stock dialer is beyond ugly. That teal and yellow makes me want to punch a baby seal.

I am not sure what is going on with your wifi and internet. Is this a new Note that just received the Lollipop update yesterday?
