what you should not do in developers options and apps re opening.

Never play with the developers options mostly the do not keep activities button it does what it means when you are in an application that popsup advertisement you are technically leaving the app that you are on. Which will close the application that you were onso if you close the advertisement you relaunch the app and if you relaunch the app the ad appears again so it does it all over again so you can't launch the application. Once I turned it off one of my application i opened it suddenly keeps opening the app again meaning it opens the app closes it again opens it closes it again and so on and so forth. I don't know if it was the application or my tablet. I reformatted everything and it now works and I also changed new ROM so its all fixed give me some advice what could have caused it to happen it could have been the app that was malfunctioning or my tablet.
