What's eating up my internal storage? OS using 116GB?

Hi,

I've had my S9+ for about 6 weeks now and despite a good start have a few issues now, the main one now is storage space.

126GB out of the 128GB is used, but I've no idea what is using it!

I've cleared the system cache, run CCleaner and Files Go. Looking in settings I'm only using ~ 10GB in user files/apps, suggesting the OS is using 116GB. Is that right?

Open the My Files app, tap the 3 dots on the top right corner of the screen and tap Get More Space.
This will show all the large files on the phone. This might help you find the problem.
(Under My Files settings you can set a minimum size for the Large Files display).

Thanks for the suggestion - I'd already done that and no large files.

I have however solved the issue after lots of Googling: *#9900# Delete Dumpstate/logcat - I've now got 96.5GB of free space.

I have no idea why so much space was being used by those logs, but glad to have reclaimed my space, now I can reinstall all those apps I just had to delete!
