What happend to WHATS NEW section that used to appear after I updated the PLAY STORE each morning? How do I know what changes were made, or UPDATED? Thanks.

Open the Play Store app, tap your profile pic at the upper right, then Manage Apps & Device, then tap the Manage tab. Under Installed, you can sort by Recently Updated. Each app will show when they were updated.

I know that but that's not why I posted.
The Play Store I was used"to did all that but it used to have an area that said "WHATS NEW", that spelled out what the update CHANGED.

Oh, I see what you're saying. Yes, it looks like that section in each app's description is gone. Not sure why they'd do that. Maybe a glitch, but I suppose Google might have eased the requirements for developers (although changelogs are always a good idea). Send some feedback to Google about it.

Oh hey, @mustang7757 showed me that they moved the What's New section to the Manage Apps list. For each app, tap the little arrowhead, and you should see the What's New area for each app there.

Thanks, I found WHATS NEW in its new location. Why they moved it is another issue.
I would not care that they moved it, as long as they listed the changes/improvements.
This am I received 11 updates and NONE, repeat, NONE listed any changes, just "NO INFORMATION LISTED BY THE DEVOPER“
?????????

Right, I noticed that as well. Maybe it's a glitch related to this recent transition. All I can suggest is to send feedback to Google from within the Play Store's settings.
