Hey everyone, long time reader, first time caller;
I am currently running JT's superclean rom with a voodoo kernel and voodoo enabled. It's pretty snappy but there are definitely more stability issues than I would like, like small freezes and sometimes much bigger ones. I would say I have to take my battery out at least once a week to hard restart the phone. And I get those "application settings" wait/force close things from time to time.
Obviously I'm not down with that. And when my alarm clock didn't go off this morning because the phone was frozen, I was ready to get a solution for this.
So I turn to you, the good people of Android Central. Because as we approach the end of November, the idea of waiting for Froyo anymore is a silly silly joke.
Is Voodoo the way to go? If I decide to disable it, do I have to completely uninstall it? Or is that all I need to do.
Are there more stable kernels and roms? Anything I could be doing wrong?
