whats the best rom out now? new to this so wanna get the best

Inferior Human Organs is a very solid CyanogenMod 7 port, it what i personally use for a daily driver. it one of the more stable ROM's available. I personally recommend it but it is not for everyone.

Also we have an ICS Alpha ROM, it is really buggy, but hey its the latest version of Android and they call it Alpha for a reason

Their is also Harmonia 2, based on Andriod 2.3

Both ROM's are very stable and worth a look if you don't like the 'stock' IHO or Quattrimus ROM's
