Thanks guys! What would be the right subforum to post a question regarding system updates for my LG Aristo 3? The LG section doesn't have this phone listed and others seem too broad to place there. Can anyone point me in the right direction?

You are right, unfortunately there's not a dedicated forum for that model yet. I'd recommend you to create your thread in Android Central Community - General help & How to. Give us as many details as you can and we'll try to help you out. Include your carrier (Metro?) and which Android version you have.

I've been using MetroPCS for years. My first phone was the Samsung Freeform 1. When that fell in water I got the Samsung Freeform 3. After a few years I decided to upgrade to a smartphone (the Optimus L70) since MetroPCS was going to be cutting off the signal network for those types of phones (cant recall the name, GSM maybe). I had been expressing interest in a smartphone for a while and a coworker of mine had the L70 as well and recommended it so I decided to take the plunge. I haven't looked back since.
