What's "View Sensor Time" Used by "Android System"?

I'm using gsam battery monitor, and it reports:

View Sensor Time Used:

Android System 2 hours
Camera Zoom FX 52 minutes

The interesting thing is I only used Camera Zoom FX for like 4 shots, played around with some effects for maybe 10 minutes. I certainly wasn't "using the camera" for 52 minutes.

Also, what the heck is Android System using View Sensor for 2 hours?

And, what the heck is View Sensor Anyway?

the camera fx app could have stayed open in the background after you switched your attention to something else

I rebooted, used tap-a-talk for 20 minutes, and it showed android has having view sensor for the entire time. I know I didn't use the camera fx, but maybe I went into gallery, (maybe via camera.).

I'll have to pay more attention that that and see if I can notice a pattern.

...view sensor isnt showing on mine but i only unplugged a few hours ago. Gsam is great btw
