what's wrong with my data?

I have a lg optimus g pro, and my data keeps turning off like I'm in an area with bad reception . I know that isnt the problem it's happening everywhere I go even places with good service, like my home. I've turned my phone on and off twice and went to my settings to see if my data is on and it is. So I just wait for my data to come back on by itself
