Mainly folders, but I really like having my phone and tablet on the same version now.

Also, Skype video chat is actually usable now...

I use grooveip on my wifi tablet now... and make and receive true phone calls thru Google voice...not really an ics imprivment but real cool.....

I'm liking the changes to the U.I. style. The animations, etc. Other then that, no lag whatsoever.

So far the best feature is reduced lag in general.

However, I see a few people have mentioned the ability to share bookmarks with their chrome desktop browser; that was already a feature in HoneyComb...

Yes, it used to work but then, a few months ago, bookmarks would no longer sync on my Xoom. Now they do again.
