Okay so if you have received the ics update would you please post what state or region of the world you are living in? I was just curios to see what regions the update was getting pushed to.

Im in Kansas City with Sprint headquarters. I wish they would spread the update here first but they havent.

I'm in Nevada and haven't seen the update here yet.

Please read/look up info before asking.

Region has nothing to do with updates, it's a random order of phones that get picked. Every phone gets picked. Say you have 2 phones next to each other, one might get it but the other would take either 1 hour to 2 months.

Location doesn't matter unless stated otherwise

Oh okay that my bad i thought that ota updates got pushed to specific regions in waves thanks for clearing that up. But is it totally random? like they just start pushing to some devices just out of no where?

right I have two phones one got it but failed because I had removed some sprint files and my other one has not got it yet.

Well, since there weren't many viper phones sold, that probably means sooner rather than later. It's not like they are pushing to 10,000,000 galaxy 3s
