Choose the option that best described how you feel.

MINE IS OPTION (1). WHAT'S YOURS?

OPT 3 as AOSP is still young now *nix didn't just came to what it is today in single day as it developed over time thanks to OS-GNU based environment. In time AOSP will grow and be deployed more extensively on different hardware platforms.

I LOVE IT but:

1) No screen capture
2) Better battery life
3) Lock wallpapers

This should be all by default without rooting.

Ya those never made sense to when I got AOSP also. As WTF would the wallpaper would be rolling in the background. It was like virtually impossible to do anything without rooting. WTF would want to use SDK's DDMS to take snapshots? Also no default file manger, console? lol seemed odd to me as I come from true linux world where packages are available truly under freeware not falsely ill conceived as adware. Why is the permission base structure so restricted on AOSP?

I was actually going to originally type these things but didn't as I didn't know what folks here at AndroidCental would think :O far as I know they will Google me lol but thats me now that you bought it up.

I have no complaints about mine, and since it's rooted screen captures are a breeze, I love the device, I've had the ext battery ever since I got the phone so I'm not sure how the stock would compare life wise

I would definitely say battery life. It's manageable with rooting and being careful with CPU usage.

I also hate that fact that this thing runs on a Java VM. Just seems that having a middleman slows everything down.

honestly, I love the features but Google needs to work on the "it just works" part...

Lots of times when I hit the home button or unlock the phone there is a lag switching home screens etc...which to me is unacceptable. I can deal with it, but the avg user will just get pissed off. I have an OG droid right now (have owned an INC, D2, Dx, Fascinate and they are better i'll admit).

I think Google needs to focus more on the user experience right now than features.

Love the features and the complete feeling of customization that makes it 'my' phone.
The iOS feels like too much of just a cookie cutter OS that is just meant for everyone, with minimal customization.
Even though im still running stock (Non-Root) I still love everything about how Google and Android have interfaced themselves into my daily life.
Cheers and bravo

Now just gimme more awesome updates. :)
